Questions
Will my leads know the replies are automated?
Yes. Every message we send for you says it was sent automatically, and when a lead replies, you see it.
Do I need a CRM?
No. We can log your leads in a Google Sheet or send them to your email. If you use a CRM, Growth connects to it.
Which lead sources can you connect?
Starter connects one source, Growth up to three, and Custom what we agree on. Your proposal lists exactly which ones.
Do you call or text my leads?
We reply to your leads by email. We don't make phone calls. Text messages are available as an extra on Growth, added to your agreement in writing.
How long does setup take?
Normally 7 to 14 days from your order, once we have access to your lead source and your booking link. We test it with 10 test leads before it goes live.
What if it doesn't work for us?
The monthly service has no long contract: stop any time before the next renewal, by email or in the Stripe customer portal, and it ends at the end of the paid month. Before go-live you can cancel and pay nothing more. Setup payments already made are kept, except if we're not live within 30 business days of your order for reasons on our side; then we refund the setup fees you paid, minus any payment-processing, bank or transfer fees that are not returned to us. Can you promise more jobs?
No. Jobs depend on your ads, your prices and your team. What we handle is the fast reply, the follow-up and the weekly report on your leads.
What if we get more leads than our plan includes?
Your leads still get their replies. We let you know, and after two months in a row over the limit, we suggest the next plan.
Who is behind Z28?
A small team based in Greece. A person from our team reads the replies, and the team member responsible for new projects sends each proposal. Z28 is a brand of Andreas Papadopoulos (sole proprietorship, Greece). Contracts and invoices are in that name.
